- Members must present their Miles&Smiles TK number or digital membership card upon check-in.
- Hourly or day-use stays do not qualify for Miles accrual.
- Miles are awarded per stay. Consecutive stays across consecutive days are considered a single stay and qualify for Miles only once.
- In the event of multiple members sharing the same room, only one member will earn Miles for the stay.
