Miles&Smiles Miles accrual is valid exclusively for Miles&Smiles members.
- Reservations must be made directly via www.richmondnua.com or through official contact channels.
- Members must present their Miles&Smiles TK number or digital card at check-in.
- Hourly or day-use stays are ineligible for Miles.
- Miles are earned per stay. Consecutive night bookings count as a single stay.
- Only one member per room may earn Miles.
- Miles crediting may take time; original invoices are required in case of disputes.
