Dog Policy & Guidelines
- Only domestic dogs weighingunder 15 kg are permitted to stay at our resort. Banned breeds (including American Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, and any other breeds classified under banned categories) are strictly not accepted
- A specific allocation ofSuperior Garden View Rooms has been reserved for guests travelling with dogs; accommodation with pets is not permitted in any other room categories.
- A maximum of one dog is accepted per room.
- Dog accommodation is charged daily. For direct bookings, payment covering the entire stay must be settled upon check-in at the resort. For website bookings, reservations must be made specifically under the"Dog-Friendly Garden Room"
- Guests wishing to stay with their dogs are required to sign theDog Responsibility Commitment Form upon arrival and must fully comply with all resort rules and conditions outlined in the agreement throughout their stay.
- Guests must present their dog’s official health documentation (vaccination booklet, veterinary records, and microchip information) during reservation or at check-in at the very latest. Should these documents be incomplete, the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the dog.
- Arriving at the hotel with a dog without prior confirmation will be subject to availability; valid and complete documentation remains strictly mandatory.
- Dogs are strictly not permittedin the SPA and swimming pool areas.
- Should the room require deep cleaning after departure due to pet presence, the hotel reserves the right to bill an additional cleaning fee to the guest’s invoice without requiring prior consent.
- Guests are obliged to follow hygiene rules when walking their dogs and must promptly clean up all pet waste, both indoors and outdoors. A designated, safely enclosed"Dog Exercise Area" has been created in the hotel grounds for natural needs. Should waste be left uncleaned outside this designated zone, a penalty fee will be charged to the guest's account.
- Guests are fully liable for any physical damage caused by their dogs within the rooms or public areas and are obligated to cover all repair costs incurred.
- Dogs must be always kept on a leadin public areas. Owners bear sole and unconditional responsibility for any material or moral damage caused to other guests, staff, or visitors.
- Richmond Nua reserves the right to terminate the reservation contract or request the departure of guests whose dogs display disturbing behaviour towards other guests or fail to comply with the stated rules.
